July – August 2008 Survey Drawing Rules

Drawing runs from June 30th, 2008 through August 29th, 2008. Drawing participants will be eligible to enter to win a prize by completing our Customer Survey online at abingtonbank.com. Limit one entry per person.

The prize for this drawing is a $100 Wawa Gift Card. One prize will be awarded. Abington Bank reserves the right to make prize substitutions of equal or greater value, if necessary. No cash substitutions. Abington Bank and its suppliers are not responsible for the performance, maintenance, warranty, or replacement of any prize.

Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all surveys completed online at abingtonbank.com. All decisions of Abington Bank are final on all matters relating to this drawing. Prize will be awarded and the winner will be notified by phone or e-mail by the week of September 8th. Notification returned as undeliverable will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by a random drawing. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. Winner may be required to verify age and address or to execute an affidavit of eligibility. All drawing entries constitute permission to use the winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation.

Prize drawing is open to all customers 21 years of age or older as of June 30th, 2008 except for Abington Bank employees and their families, director members and their families (“family” as determined by Abington Bank), affiliated sponsors and subsidiaries. This offer is void wherever prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws, including tax laws. No transaction is necessary to enter.
